Project Schedule
I try to complete projects as quickly as possible. I usually try to

complete orders with in a few days.

Privacy

We will never give out customer information with out permission. I

do add screenshots of my designs in my portfolio. If you do not want

a link to your site please let me know.  If you do not want your screenshot in the portfolio either let me know

that as well.

Payment

Full payment is required in advance for any pre-made designs and graphic design purchases. I like a deposit to begin custom work. Once a custom project is complete and final payment is received you will receive your project via email.

Design Credits

As part of my service a link to Christy's Creative Designs is placed at the bottom of each site design.  This link is NOT to be removed. If any of the art used was from another graphic artist their link will

also be placed on each design their art appears. This link gives

proper credit to the artist and is also not to be removed. It is understood that no images are to be modified in any way by anyone other than Christy's Creative Designs.  If you have any questions please contact me.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the products there will be NO refunds given under any circumstances.  If work has not been started on a pre-made set then you may switch to a different design of equal value. This does not apply to custom work, work in progress, or

delivered product.
